Help with a purchase
For anything about an Etsy order — downloads, files, or purchase issues — use Etsy Messages from your order when possible so the conversation stays connected to your order details. You can also visit RebuildersCreative on Etsy or email us for general help.
If you're in crisis, please don't wait on an email.
This inbox isn't monitored around the clock, and This Was For You isn't a crisis or counseling service. If tonight is an emergency — or just heavier than you can carry alone — free, confidential help is available right now.
